NAME OF THE REGISTER
TueUkrainaa.fi – Customer Register
BASIS FOR MAINTAINING THE REGISTER
The individual has registered as a customer of the TueUkrainaa.fi online store or has purchased goods from the TueUkrainaa.fi online store.
PURPOSE OF THE REGISTER
The purpose of the register is to maintain the customer register of the TueUkrainaa.fi online store and to archive and process customer orders. The information can be used for developing the TueUkrainaa.fi online store operations and for statistical purposes. Personal data is processed confidentially and only when necessary. The need might arise, for example, in correcting an order or placing a new order.
The register information may be used for marketing purposes within the TueUkrainaa.fi online store's own registers and for targeted advertising. Personal data is never disclosed to third parties. The customer can also restrict or completely prohibit the use of their data if desired.
DATA SOURCES
The TueUkrainaa.fi online store does not collect personal data from customers from other sources.
DELETION OF DATA
A customer can request the deletion of all their personal data from our system by sending a request to info@omri.fi. We will then delete the user account and the associated personal data, except for the information required by law, which is retained for the duration specified by law. The TueUkrainaa.fi online store backs up its data systems every 48 hours. Once the requested data has been deleted, it will automatically be removed from backups within 6 months as the backup cycle completes.
REVIEWING DATA
A registered customer can review and modify all their personal data by logging into the TueUkrainaa.fi online store with their created credentials. Customers can also request all their personal data from our customer service by sending an email to info@omri.fi. However, we recommend reviewing the data through our SSL-secured website to prevent personal data from falling into the wrong hands. Personal data sent via email is unprotected. We recommend deleting such data immediately after use to prevent accidental disclosure.
DATA CONTAINED IN THE REGISTER
The customer register contains the following information: the person's first and last name, possible company name, email address, phone number, information on processed orders, login details, and session management information. The register does not store credit card or other payment information, except for the confirmation from the payment operator on the success or failure of the payment transaction.
DISCLOSURE OF DATA
Data is not disclosed to third parties. The personal data of a registered customer will be destroyed upon the user's request, as far as current legislation allows.
REGISTER PROTECTION AND STORAGE
The register is not disclosed to outsiders. Access to the register requires user rights to the internal network of the TueUkrainaa.fi online store. The register is located on a password-protected server of MAKE Solutions in a locked and guarded data center. All data transfer occurs via SSL-protected connections.
RIGHT TO DATA PORTABILITY
The TueUkrainaa.fi online store will provide the customer with their data, upon request, in a commonly used CSV format. For security reasons, the password will be removed from the data. The delivery time for the data is one week. Data transfer requests can be sent by email to info@omri.fi.
